terrorist by contra costa law enforcement in californiaFrom: REVENGE@COPPER.NET treatment of a senior permanently disabled male adult with multiple medical problems. I have committed NO CRIME at any time in any way, shape and or form. I have been victimized and harshly, unjustly, persecuted by the Contra Costa Terrorist Division of Law Enforcment for no fault on my part. This is an unprovoked and uncaused attack by law enforcement officers. Also I have been denied any help by law enforcements when I went to their office claiming no jurisdiction and no authority in my part of residence in Concord California. I find it truly amazing and unbelievable that since I am refused help that they come out to my neighbor across the street who started all these problems in the first place. The law enforcements have been at me for at least 6.5 years handing me over from group to group of them. This clearly demonstrates not only unprofessional on their part but a good example how approachable the law enforcements really are by coming every time these neighbors call them. These so called law enforcement officers immediately start in on harassment and terrorizing me upon their arrival to my home. This indicates not only their assistance in every manner possible to these neighbors from heck, but also demonstrates how these so called officers participate in highly illegal acts of CONSPIRACY, HATE CRIMES and TERRORISM. I believe that truly fit and proper professional law enforcement officers would have made contact with me first to hear what I got to say before starting in on highly illegal behavior and conductivity. I have never been treated as a decent human being and citizen in Contra Costa County by them. They never came up to my door and rang my door bell and or knocked on my front requesting to speak to me. At this point in time I have NO wish and or desire to talk to them after all that they done to me and my family and property. In FACT let it be known that I will NOT talk to them. The internal affairs claims that the law enforcements are not involved with me all this time and documented that in a letter to me. Let it be known that it is a LIE and I see it as a cover up by them as I am still harassed and constantly threatened by these people. I never thought that such cruel, harsh, UN human, barbaric, unkind, UN just, severe and UN imaginable treatment is possible to do to a person as done to and upon me. Some of this s treatment includes using TERRORISM, CONSPIRACY and HATE CRIME tactics and methods. This is including entrapment by law enforcements climbing on our roof trespassing in yard or in front of home listening and watching me around the clock. Using illegally planted electronic devices both audio and video to see and hear my every move and sound. I am also watched when I am in MY OWN BED either watching television, listening to radio, reading and or trying to sleep. These people also planted some type of receiver so I can hear them along with their radios that bleed over my audio equipment in my room. This bleed over is around the clock. That is defined as TERRORISM and TERRORIST behavior by law enforcement officers. The Contra Costa County Law enforcements department for years has been helping in the Roy Wensley CONSPIRACY and HATE CRIMES. To illustrate this point I and mom have been years ago up to the law enforcement's officer in Martinez California asking for help about these neighbors. Each and EVERY time we were refused and denied any help and were told to go back to concord. It is noticed that when the WENSLEY'S call the law enforcements in order to stick them on me they come out in force. This is PROOF that the law enforcements have shown that family special favoritism, special treatment, special consideration. The Wensley children have been instructed by their parents to tell the law enforcements that they are scared, afraid etc of me otherwise they won't come out and the plan won't work. I also witnessed a while back of these officers coming out very late during midnight hours from the home with the Wensley children tucking in their clothes while these men tightened their belts. It does not take a scientist to take a guess of what really happened. Since the children constantly used that excuse of being afraid to get these people out against me that proves beyond doubt of how far they would go in conspiracy and get law enforcements to help in it and provide conspiracy, hate crimes and terrorism of their own proving illegal conspiratorial and other unprofessional behavior and treatment by them. My telephone has been WIRE TAPPED ILLEGALLY for years by law enforcement officers whom illegally using entrapment methods. Interesting to note that this group of so called law enforcement officers especially after all the groups of other so called officers of over 6.5 years think they can arrest me for crimes NOT done. I have been in the house especially ALONE in my room. This group has been using ILLEGAL electronic bugging devices and employing terrorist tactics. Some of the terror tactics used is Harassment, Threats, Abuse, Death Threat, Physical Harm / Abuse Threats, Want to push me to commit suicide, constant arrest threats of which include promises of beatings, death, made uncommunicative along with other horrid painful things to my person and body. Audio and video monitors hidden in my room. They have conspired with others to back them up and have also used other neighbor's property in the past. Also talked other neighbors against me. AT NO TIME HAS ANY ONE FROM THE LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT MADE THE SMALLEST EFFORT TO COME TO TALK TO ME. They all just start in with abuse, terrorizing, and conspiratorial methods and as many hate crimes and scare tactics against me as possible. Then they wonder that in the middle of things that there is NO WAY I would come out to talk to them. There has NEVER been any attempt made to talk to me as a respectable citizen that has not committed any crime and someone that they wanted to talk to. Never has any decent proper attempt been made to contact me before anyone started in with their cruel, unjust, un human, un decent, unkind, harsh, abusive, abrasive, oppressive, terrorisms, scare tactics, conspiracy, hate crimes and other treatments that can be done to a human being no matter how uncivilized and monstrous behavior techniques. ILLEGAL METHODS AND ILLEGAL CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE LAW ENFORCEMENTS DEPARTMENT INCLUDE. TRESSPASSING, INVASION of PRIVATE PROPERTY (we have POSTED signs all around the house including front, back and sides of our home. These so called officers have participated willing in DESTRUCTION of our home and property by DRRILLING and other methods making holes in our home. Also they have been BREAKING our property and moving things in our yard. Also these people have been stripping our fruit trees, eating our fruit and throwing the stones on ground in our yard and we have a dog. When we are seen going out in our car they have been following us and or myself regardless where we go. It is no secret to make us nervous and to force us to have a car accident. This is not the first time they done that as a few years ago they caused us to loose a car that was very special to us as it was totaled by law enforcements and they admitted guilt and picked up ticket promising to replace car and never did. KNOWINGLY RECENT FELONY ILLEGAL TREATMENT DONE TO ME IS AS FOLLOWS. 1. STOPPING ALL INTERNET ACTIVITY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. 2. STOPPING MY EMAIL SEND AND RECEIVE WHEN THEY FEEL THE NEED TO DO SO. 3. STOPPING TOTAL NEWS GROUP ACCESS WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT 4. STOPPING ALL NEWS GROUP WRITING ON NEWS GROUP REGARDLESS HOW I TRY TO ACCESS. My sbc news access to write resulted in a Permanente stoppage as I have also found out I got banned because of them. 5. STOPPING MY NEW PAY FOR SUBSCRIPTION NEWS GROUP ACCESS BOTH READING AND WRITING AND I HAD TO PAY MY CREDIT CARD BILL FOR SERVICES THAT WERE DENIED TO ME. 6. REMOTELY TAKING OVER MY COMPUTER. (They had help from an operative known as Robert 4695 who posed as an AT&T repair person who came out to house and removed my router and rewired back claming it was a router problem that caused the internet problem. He was on phone to a tech in teere level 2. 7. WIRE TAPPING MY TELEPHONE AND TRYING TO DISCONNECT ME WHEN I TALK TO SOMEONE THEY DONSTOPPING MY EMAIL WHEN THEY WISH 8. INTERCEPTING ALL EMAIL THAT I SEND OUT. 9. RECORDING ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS AND PLAYING SOME BACK WHEN THEY WANTED TO KEEP ME AWAKE AT NIGHTS. MAKING IT SOUND THAT THEY WERE INTERVIEWING ME. NOTICE THAT NO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENT EVER TALKED DIRECTLY TO ME. 9. AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING EVERY LITTLE SOUND IN MY ROOM AND NOTING WHAT IS SAID AND DONE IN MY ROOM WITH VISUAL NOTATION EMPASIS ON EVERY LITTLE MOVE AND HOW I MOVE AROUND. WHEN I TALK BACK TO THEM KNOWING PEOPLE ARE LISTENING SO I CAN BE AS RUDE, INSULTING AND ABUSIVE BACK TO THEM. I DID THIS ALL WHEN ALONE IN MY ROOM. I LIKE TO VENT IN ROOM AS IT IS GOOD THERAPY TO KEEP PERSPECTIVENESS. BE IT KNOWN IT IS MY ROOM WHICH IS PRIVATE AND NO PERMISSION HAS EVER BEEN GIVEN AT ANY TIME FOR THIS ACTIVITY. 10. SPYING ON ME WHEN AND WHERE I GO IN HOUSE AND IF I SIT AND OR STAND UP CORRECTLY TO THEIR STANDARDS. 11. HOMOSEXUAL COMMENTS OF WHAT I DO IN MY OWN BED ALONE WITH MY HANDS UNDER COVERS. 12. HOMOSEXUAL COMMENTS OF MY BODY WHEN I CHANGE FOR BED AND START TO GET INTO BED AND GET CONFORTABLE. 13. HOMOSEXUAL THOUGHTS OF WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TO BE THINKING OF WHEN ESPECIALLY IN BED ARE SITTING WATCHING TV AND OR WALKING AROUND HOUSE. 14. I SEEN A GROUP OF THESE PEOPLE A WHILE BACK COMING OUT OF WENSLEY HOME LATE AT NIGHT AFTER PARENTS ARE SUPPOSETLY IN BED WITH BOTH CHILDREN ADJUSTING LOWER CLOTHING AND THESE ADULT MEN TIGHTENING BELTS. 15. THEFT OF PROPERTY IN MY ROOM INCLUDING SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT I KEPT IN MY DRESSER DRAW. 16. DESTRUCTION AND TAMPERING WITH MY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT ON MY BENCH INCLUDING MY VALUEED HAM RADIO EQUIPMENT. OVER $1000.00 OF RADIOS LOST DUE TO THEIR TAMPERING THAT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REPAIR. 17. MOVING STUFF IN MY ROOM LEAVING IT NOTICABLELY THE WAY I NEVER DO REGARDLESS HOW MUCH I AM IN A RUSH TO LEAVE. 18. MAKING THREATS TO AND ABOUT ME OVER MY AUDIO SYSTEM INCLUDING MY COMPUTER SPEAKERS IN MY ROOM. THREATS INCLUDE ARREST, BEATINGS, DEATH, DISAPPARANCE, THREATS TO MOM AND MY DOG. 19. SLIPPING DOG FOOD BELIEVED TO BE ALTERED TO SEDATE. 20. PLANTING OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES ALL AROUND ROOM. DEVICES SUCH AS VIDEO CAMERAS AND MICROPHONES. 21. TAMPERING WITH WIRE-PATCH PANNELS IN ROOM. 22. BRUSHING UP AGAINST BED SIDE WINDOW AND WALLS TO CAUSE TERRORIZATION. 23. THROWING STUFF AGAINST MY WINDOW AND WALLS TO SCARE ME ALSO DOING SAME WHEN ALONE WATCHING TELEVISION IN OTHER ROOM. 24. THREATS CONSTANT OF PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL HARM WITH AGONIZING METHODS THAT I CAN NOT POSSIBLEY IMMAGINE 25. CONTUAL AIDING THE WENSELY NEIGHBOHOOD CONSPRIACY AND HATE CRIMES AGAINST ME. 26. CONTINUED HATE WITH CONSPRIACY AND HATE CRIMES AGAINST ME FOR UN CAUSED AND OR UN PROVOKED REASON ON MY PART. 27. SENDING ME TO EMERGENCY DOCTORS WITH MEDICAL PROBLEMS INCLUDING POSSIBLE HEART PROBLEMS. 28 ENDANGERMENT OF HUMAN LIFE BY INDUCEMENT BY TERROR WITH CONSPIRACY TO CAUSE ME TO HAVE AN ATTACK. 29 ATTEMPTED MURDER BY TERRORIZING TO INDUCE HEART PROBLEMS 30 CONSTANTLY TERRORISM AND STRESS SO I CAN NOT EAT OR SLEEP AND CAN NOT HOLD A COMPLETE MEAL IN ME. 31 SLEEP DEPRIVING ME BY TALKING OVER MY SPEAKER SYSTEM ON THEIR RADIOS 32 TALKING OUTSIDE HOUSE WHEN MY WINDOW IS OPEN SO I CAN HEAR THEM. These people know I am seriously ill with multiple medical issues and permanently medically disabled keep up with their torture of me that is unending. These Law enforcement's has often PROMISED the Wensley family that they will get rid of me for them. This is PROOF of CONSPIRACY, HATE CRIMES by the law enforcements department including the usage of terrorism. These so called law enforcement officers have gone to other neighbors in successful attempts to use their property and believed homes in their conspiratorial abuse of me. These people have demonstrated to the highest degree possible of being PROFESSIONALLY UN PROFESSIONAL when it comes to my treatment and experience by and from them.
