Usenet Newsgroups Advice needed, in regards to anti psychotics. I'm bi-polar. From: chrispche@googlemail.com (ChrisC) I have put on a stone and half since starting Olanzapine. This is not acceptable. So I have been doing some online research. I have come up with these three, now Sulpiride I have tried before. I was thinking of asking for Amisulpiride as it's more calming. Then I saw this one Aripiprazole being described by this bloke. seems down to comments about this med, weight gain is not an issue. Why do I want out for Olanzapine when it's clearly working. Well I'm getting up a 2am making Bacon Sandwiches or getting large bags of crisps to eat when I get the hunger pains. I could try will power, but I'm not very good at that. I would rather switch to a med that has no weight gain and doesn't make you so darn hungry and tired all the time. Drinking cups of Marmites not helping anymore either.
