Getting divorce with a ToddlerFrom: lesande@gmail.com (Lee Sander) I have been married to my wife for 10 years. We have a 3-year old boy. I work; my wife does not. We have a large mortgage--and I anticipate that I will have to sell the house during the divorce process or immediately thereafter as I won't be able to afford a separate apartment for me and the current mortgage. I am looking for advice as to how best to go about this. I have read advice online but still have these questions. [I reside in Ontario, Canada] Do you recommend I get a lawyer? How I go about finding a good lawyer (I don't have any friends who have been divorced so I can't ask around).. Approximately, how much would the lawyer fees will be from the start to the end of the process? Can someone tell me from experience what a reasonable plan would be in terms how I should go about proceeding from my current stage where I am sure I no longer want to live with my wife but am unsure what the best course of action is in terms of first getting a place for my wife and child (I assume he will be staying with her) and myself, selling my house, closing joint bank account, ensuring my People Pictures">boy is OK is affected as little as possible by this event, setting up a visitation schedule to see my boy as much as possible. I would much appreciate any advice, thanks Lee
