(Doctor picks up a prescription pad, reaches into his shirt pocket for his pen, begins writing the prescription but finds his pen must be dry because it doesn't work. < (Doctor 7wets the tip pf the "pen" with his tongue, tries using it again with the same negative result, then closely examines it and discovers -- to his absolute horror -- that it's a rectal thermometer. < DOCTOR: "Son of a female dog!
