Maine Lobster.From: kidigus@gmail.com (kidigus) I was wondering if there is any truth in Gordon Ramsay's insinuation that Maine Lobsters are different than Canadian Lobsters. Everyone agrees that they are the same species but like Bos Primigenius, are there no differences in quality or taste from one region to the other? I have no palette so it wouldn't matter to me, but I saw a Pictures of People">guy on "Mythbusters" correctly organize ten samples of cheap vodka that had been put through a commercial water filter; the first was filtered once, the second twice and so on up to ten. Each one he tasted was technically the same vodka but he knew the difference. Are there people out there who can taste a difference between Maine and Canadian Lobsters (or North Carolina for that matter [same species])?
