I am still not convinced.
(Yesterday I went to Ravenna with a friend and we shared enormous
mazzancolle grilled with vegetables with included quartered Belgian endive.
Ladies, we are missing a bet when we never cook Belgian endive. We also
shared an artichoke pizza. I do not know why pizza in Emilia Romagna has a
deep buttery underlying taste, but it does and I am a fan.)
