Corn Pudding Casserole

CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Stick Butter (melted)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Can Corn (drained)
1 Can Creamed Corn
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)- use 1/8 tsp if you don't like too spicy.

Mix all ingredients and put into an ungreased 9" x 13" Pan. Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.

A delicious side dish - a staple in my family at Thanksgiving.
