LdB The flowers are artificial and I just shoved them to the back of the table. I've never been sufficiently Stepford to cope with the real thing. I just dunk them in water when they start to look a bit dusty. Yup, olive oil. Frying is still allowed here, but one makes what concession to healthy cooking as one can these days.
