The flowers are artificial and I just shoved them to the back of the table. I've never been sufficiently Stepford to cope with the real thing. I just dunk them in water when they start to look a bit dusty.

Yup, olive oil. Frying is still allowed here, but one makes what concession to healthy cooking as one can these days.

Did you not notice the biscuits?! How could you not notice the biscuits?!
