There was a young lad in my Richard's class in primary school who was born with no fingers on one hand. That lad did well in that small, nurturing, primary school, but thereafter everyone went in different directions for secondary school and I have no idea how things worked out for him. Well, I used to forget, you know, which meant the People Pictures">boy didn;t make much of it, and I know in primary he used to chase the little girls waving his paw in front of him as they ran away screaming wth delight... The only time I used it as an excuse, and with relief, I must add, was when he brooded about getting a motorcycle. However, learning to drive a car without batting an eyelid soon helped solve that. Did we ever have a conversation about our sons having the same name? I can't remember. -- Is a good name, Richard. A strong name. I plucked it out of thin air because I have always liked it.
