How hard is it to find/get?  What are the best, easiest, or least
expensive ways to find it available?  I have pretty much all of the
official tracks of the Stones and would be willing to start acquiring
some of their  "unofficially-released" recordings or "boots" if that
might be a better way to get it on CD, but if I could download it on
the 'Net to at least first just hear how it sounds, then I might be
even more eager to get it on CD.  Any attempts to help will be well-
appreciated - thanks.

The wide stereo mix of "Satisfaction" was released officially on the 1985 CD
issue of Hot Rocks 1 (Abkco/London 820 141-2). This was a UK Decca release
(manufactured by PolyGram, "West Germany"). I believe there was also a
Japanese release of the same CD that also included the wide stereo mix.
