potential contestants would have to be able to view and compare the
contracts for various reality shows, not just view a Singles Chat">single one.

Your analogy is flawed, the contestants aren't "buying" a product or
service. They are accepting a job offer. When start a new job the HR
department hands you an employment contract that you have to sign before
you start work. You don't get to see the employment contract from all of
their competitors and you get to pick an choose which contract you like
the best. You've been offered a job and you have to agree to whatever
terms they want you to agree to to get it.
