Came ashore just south of Halifax at hurricane strength, having
crossed very warm water. Unfortunately a People Pictures">man I know lost his life
trying to save a boat, he was such a sensible man I can't believe he
tried to do it. Ran a boatyard.
It was a miserable day, had to keep the windows shut because of
driving rain and the temperature was hot and humid. Lots of lovely
old trees uprooted in Halifax. I was good, my camera and I did not
leave the building.
That is sad news. His boat or one in his yard.
